Data Privacy in No-Show Analysis

Risk scoring works on operational fields — not on clinical history, not on diagnoses, not on patient identity. The minimum needed to rank a schedule is small.

Reminders notify everyone. NoShowFlow shows who actually needs attention.

What is required

  • Appointment date and time
  • Appointment type or duration
  • Booking date (for lead-time calculation)
  • An anonymous patient reference (so the front desk can locate the record in the EHR)

What is never required

  • Diagnoses, ICD codes, or clinical notes
  • Insurance numbers or billing identifiers
  • Full patient names, addresses, or contact details
  • Free-text from the chart

Session isolation

Each upload runs inside an isolated analysis session. Cleanup operations are scoped to the active session and cannot affect another clinic's data. This is enforced at the database layer, not just in the UI.

No secondary use

Uploaded schedules are used to produce your report. They are not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train external models.
